As the end of 2022 draws near, we wanted to share information regarding our 2023 dues and Assessment, which will be sent out in December.
Dues:
Dues remain at $100 per household and are due in January.
Assessment:
Assessment, as per our 2022 Annual Meeting, is $3,520 per lot and are due in January.
In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, we are not going to send out hardcopy mailers to each community member. We will instead send out an email with a PDF that you can reference in order to make your payment. Should anyone require that a hardcopy be sent, please reply and provide your mailing address.
