Payment Methods

The Association accepts payments via check as well as online via ACH bank transfer, Venmo, debit and credit cards. Debit and credit card payments are assessed an additional 2.9% fee. Review the details on each payment method, below.

OPTION 1: Check

Please make check payable to “The Oakledge Association” in the amount required.

OPTION 2: ACH/Bank Transfer (no fee/free)

You may make payments via an ACH bank transfer at no additional charge to the payor or the Association.

OPTION 4: Credit or Debit Card (Additional Fee)

You may make payments with any of the 4 major credit cards – AmEx, MasterCard, VISA or Discover – or with your debit card. – The payor/member – not the Association – will be assessed an additional 2.9% fee for this convenience.  For example, a payment of $1,000.00 would be assessed an additional $29.00, for a total payment of $1,029.00.

OPTION 5: International (Additional Fee)

Members who reside outside of the United States may make payments (from their international location) for a flat fee of $20.00 USD.  Please note that if such payments are made with a credit card or a debit card, the payor – not the Association – will be assessed an additional 2.9% fee for this convenience, as discussed in the “CREDIT CARDS” section above.
