Winter Contest:
In the spirit of spreading holiday cheer throughout our Oakledge community, please join us in the 2nd annual house sign (mailbox or lamp post) holiday decoration contest. Last year we had 15 great entries that brought fun, laughter and great walks all around Oakledge. For inspiration, you can checkout pictures of last year’s entries by going to the Oakledge website, “Home” tab, scroll over to “… contest winners”, then “read more”, followed by “contest entries and results.” Use your creativity, imagination or just boredom-busting ingenuity to deck out your sign, mail box or lamp post between now and December 25th. Decorations should be visible from the road for all to enjoy ! The award categories will be judged on December 26th, (judges are in the process of being nominated and confirmed). Winners in each category will be showcased with full bragging rights on the Oakledge resident website.
